We've made building bespoke assessments a swift and simple process.
The Focused Assessment Builder (FAB) is our powerful new feature that enables you to build bespoke assessments in line with the needs of your curriculum or organisation.
FAB is fully integrated with our Future Nurse Suite (FNS) modules which means you can build assessments using problems that typically feature within FNS Essential Skills, FNS Bodyweight and Body Surface Area Calculations and Injectable Medicines Therapy.
Building bespoke assessments using FAB is a simple process that allows you to choose from two key assessment formats as your starting point.
COMPLEXITY-BASED
You make the choices and we select the assessment problems for you.
Complexity-based assessments utilise the various problem levels within each FNS module as the basis for the assessment.
You simply choose the modules, problem levels and number of questions you wish to feature in the assessment and FAB then builds you a bespoke assessment by selecting a range of problems for you based upon your choices.
It’s as easy as that!

SYSTEM-BASED
You make the choices and select the assessment problems - total control!
System-based assessments use body systems and the drugs that affect those systems as the basis for the assessment.
You start by selecting the body system (e.g. cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine etc.) and FAB will display a list of drugs for you to choose from. You then choose the drug(s) you wish to include and FAB will display all of the authentic dosage problems that feature that drug.
You can then choose the specific problems that you want to include in your bespoke assessment - you're in total control!
